Stalling on cold start problem...

New to the site. Looking for someone who can give me some advice on an engine problem with a 2010 Mini Cooper S convertible. It is idly very roughly for the first 30 seconds of cold start, sometimes stalling. No issues once warmed up. Very "knocky" while it does this. I have brought to a Mini dealer who recommends changing all the fuel injectors. Another mechanic was unable to determine the cause. I have a good recording I can send out if anyone wants to hear. I just want another opinion before I dish out $$$ for the injectors & time. Much appreciated.

what is the mileage?

can be a number of things first of which is the HPFP.

you can always check the condition of the spark plugs, you can also remove the intake manifold and check the condition of the valves.
