2010 blown head gasket

Like it says I have a 2010 mini only about 20k miles on it.

Seems like the freeze plugs failed and caused it to overheat and in a very short time got to the point everyone who has looked at the car says it needs a new motor. Dealer saying cost about 12k and a mini cooper specialist more like 6800. Looking for any information that can possibly use to sue bmw and force them to fix the mini.

No reason should have this kind of issue at 20k miles even if the car is 8 years old.

I heard of only one guy whose freeze plug came loose. not sure what he did but this is a rare case. You can read up on lemon law and see if that applies to your case. I saw one care in the auction that actually carried a lemon title.

going back to the engine, how was is diagnosed as freeze plug failure and what is the back story? is it a turbo or justa?
