Auto Trans Fill Plug

Can I use this port as automatic trans fill port?

No, use the one on the other side. Better yet pump fluid in from the drain plug.

Why did you pull the trans?

Ok thanks. The Bentley manual tells me the one hidden under the thermostat house and I was looking for easier access. First picture.. Your talking the one just to the left of the one I am asking about? Correct?
Purchased this car from craigslist with a messed up trans. 3rd to 4th gear shift was no good

I used the one you're talking about. it pours directly into the case. the other one has a pipe and it twists somewhere which makes filling very slow and messy.
