Engine malfunction reduce power mode - No CEL?

I have a 2011 Mini Cooper S,
car turn on normal this morning, and about 5 minutes into my commute message appears but no CEL?

when that happened to me, it was a bad coil/misfire...get a reading even thought the CEL isnt on.
