Engine Vibration

I just installed a Speedmaster harmonic balancer last week and now I have a slight vibration. This was my first time replacing one. Could I have screwed it up? It seems like a pretty straight forward installation. Old one comes off and new one goes on. It shredded another belt on the way home from work and after looking closely at it I noticed the vibration. The pulley doesn't look to be wobbling and all pulleys look to be aligned.

Would think that if you torqued it down correctly it would have been fully on the crank. Have you checked to see if the tensioner is shot?

How many miles on the car?

187k miles. The tensioner along with the idler pulley were replaced in October.
