PSP - Wiring?

Power Steering Pump has been replaced, but both pump and fan aren't powering on.

I've got 12v coming out of the wiring harness (2 pin), checked my appropriate fuses (100A in engine bay and F39 in cabin) and those look good.

Should I be getting power coming out of the 3-pin harness as well? Anyone got a schematic? What else should I check?

You can get the schematics via # 0015 in the below thread. Thinking there is a relay someplace in the system as if the alternator is not working while the car is running the PS pump will not work (would drain the battery).
