Jumpy

So my car started to bog down and then accelerate on my first and second gear I would rev it and it take awhile to go down on rpm. Any ways to check to see what might be causing this

Does it do this at idle as well? Sounds like an idle air control issue.

no only when I push the accelerate pedal but I did take apart the throttle body barely do you think I might be sticking

If no fluctuation at idle maybe the tb is sticking. Did you clean it?
Might try some seafoam in that area...
