Preventative maintenance on MCS 2013
Preventative maintenance on MCS 2013
Apologies for what might be a "noob" question but...
My wife's (sorry I drive a '97 Saab 9000) 2013 MCS is now off warranty and it's time for me to take over the upkeep...
I have searched and appreciate finding good write ups on changing the drive belt which will be my first task but what I'm looking for and haven't found is what is the best DIY manual to get. Bentley's did a great job with early Saab, Haynes has gotten weak. Is there a factory pdf available and is it understandable?
Is there a good list of recommended preventative maintenance for the 2013 MCS? Our mini is just under 40k miles.
(And I DO like driving it when my wife lets me...

I purchased the Bentley manual but to be honest, I got most of my info from “how to’s” and YouTube. There’s plenty of free info and short cuts also on this forum and sites like Pelican Parts. I just mostly use the manual for things like torque values and wiring info. Often times I find Bentley wants you to perform several steps that I sometimes find unnecessary.
