Who can Smoke Test in Indianapolis Area
Hello,
I'm looking for a repair shop or private individual that can smoke test my 2009 MCS intake manifold system for me. Any recommendations other than the dealer?
I changed the valve cover gasket, new plugs, changed the oil, cleaned the Vanos, cleaned all the sensors, tightened all the hose clamps, run two sessions of SeaFoam through to help clean the intake valves and still have the small surge at idle. Car runs like a top otherwise. I'm throwing the code; 2B64 ( Intake Manifold unmetered air) and from what I understand from this, the intake manifold is getting more air than is passing by the MAF sensor.
Have I missed something? I assume my next action is the smoke test and I don't want to go to the dealer.
