Wheel speed sensor supply fault 5D8C

I looked through the forum but can't seem to finding anything on my issue. My warning lights come on as soon as I roll forward. These are the codes getting. I changed the wheel speed sensor in question and even unplugged I get the same reading. Any help is appreciated

Update checked voltage (DC) between two wires and got roughly 9.5v using wire probes. Is there a diagram that lays out the sensors? What voltage should I be getting?
thanks in advance

Thats the schwaben tool, its working like it should, my guess is that either on install you might have cracked the sensor head or the dang pins on the plug are not making contact? Other then that did you look at the back of the wheel bearing for damage where it reads its.
