These are straight for Halogen Headlight cars. Straight swap. If you have factory xenons and want to up grade the bulbs, you would need to do something with the headlight washers, flash for coding, h7 to led or xenon conversion and harness with cancellers like this: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-ziza-par...3452lb01-03kt/

Yes they are good with a stock h7 halogen bulb but no where near the output with LED or Xenon piggyback kit.

Autoleveling - no coding.

Think of these lights as the stock xenon factory projectors but just with a H7 bulb that is halogen.

Yes but its a huge upgrade for actual lighting for people with Halogen Stock headlights as the beam pattern on those cars are horrible and light output is very bad. The lens also tend to fade.

I driven a new MINI in 2007 and 2011 with halogens at night and it was bad. I asked myself, "why did they not get Xenons with the projectors?"

Which upgrade, if any, do you recommend for cars with factory bi xenon? Anything with better light performance? Bonus for looks. Just bulb or housing?

main issues are:

1: lens clarity
2: would like more light output
3: currently have the chrome internals. Something darker would look better.

bonus: do you know what color the factory LED DRLs are?

I have these and its a style thing and is your factory Xenons lenses are bad. You swap over the ballast and Xenon bulbs, just new bulbs makes a difference as older the bulb, the more the color and output changes. When they start to get Pinkish the bulb color and output is bad on Xenon.

As far as output its the same. You can just see better with new lenses. Some people like the added DRL ring.

I'll be ordering a set of those depo lights on monday.......I'm getting that the light output isn't that great with these also.....
I guess the bulbs need to be changed to a better quality.....will the ZIZA H-7 be a good option or something else......

These lights need to stay in the loop....

 

They are not coming back any time soon. The good thing is the Ziza LED one i have are x10 better in light output.

 

You also have the headlights with Ziza LED bulbs......Lol
