On the S you have to put the car in front service mode but I am wondering on yours without the supercharger whether you can access the bolt to pull the sensor out.

How many miles on your car and when was the tranny oil changed last as you have the cvt.

It's not too bad esp since it's a non S. Look at the instructions in the manual and see what you think of doing it.

If you need it we stock them

The crank sensor is on the bottom of the engine, about dead center of the radiator, 6" up from the bottom of the engine (going by memory). The bolt that holds it in place is on the top side, you need to remove the electrical plug before you remove. Once loose, it pops out and the o-ring takes at most a couple of minutes to replace. If its been leaking you have about 1/4" of goo on the block that you should wipe/clean off.

ModMini has a video about accessing the AC unit from below if I remember correctly, he disconnects the rear bottom engine mount and then uses a come along to pull the engine back. This gives you more room to get up in between the engine and the radiator without going into Front Service Mode.
