Front end clunk.

Ok 2011 mcs has a front end clunk after installing bc racing coilovers. I bought a used set, the rear coilovers have brand new shocks and hardware (I installed them) the front shocks I took apart and shocks seemed to be just fine. The camber plates were not floppy so I'm assuimg the pillow ball bearing isn't bad. Before the install there was no noises. Once installed and lowered I have a clunk front and rear. The end links that come with the fronts were bad so I installed new adjustable ones all around. Was hoping that was the issue but it wasn't. When I installed the front links I shortened them to match the length of the links that come with the coilovers since they were shorter than oem. My question is, is the sway bar to close to the a arm in the pic? Pic is of the car on flat ground.

I'm almost positive that it's not to close but I don't remember how it close it was when the stock suspension was on.

when mine were clunking, I stood on the door sill and started bouncing it and had my cousin look over the links. sure enough the links were loose. So, have someone bounce the car for you while looking at the links. turn the wheels away so you can see.

Well most of the clunk I could hear was from the top nut on the front two coilovers not being tight all way. I thought I got them tight, but was able to tighten them all the way once they were installed. Still have a faint clunk when at a slow speed and the car goes over a numb or car articulates. Have to get a spare second to get under the car and do some searching.

Watch your A/C line my car ate the line while on coils. It's lower passenger side.
