Foam Energy Absorber

I have a question, does the JCW or S bumper have a foam "energy absorber"?
RealOEM shows a part #3 but you cannot click on it for the part number.

I already posted in the JCW forum, with no response on the bumper question.

I'm currently rebuilding a 2012 R56 JCW which was involved in a animal collision accident.

Thanks in advance,

Also does anyone have a RH side adaptive headlight?

I did a little sleuthing on realoem and that part number is 51117255116, only found on EUR spec cars, AKA non-US cars, from 07/2012+. I would think the US requires some sort of foam energy absorber for crash protection but according to RealOEM, apparently not.
