Hey guys, I found a used head for sale at my local auto wreckers for a reasonable price, so I'll be replacing the head on my coolant-mixing R53 next week!

The head is pressure tested upon purchase, so aside from having it milled, is there any other machine work I should have done--for example--the valve stem seals?
I have an unused set of Fel-Pro ones from a previous purchase, are these okay--or should I get OE manufacturer?

Additionally, is there a break-in procedure, or any special care I should take, when mating an 'unfamiliar' used head to my engine block?
