Cooper S dash lights flickers

As the topic says my dash lights are flickering. It started out as my traction and abs lights on and now it looks like a music festival in the car. Here is a video.

my abs and traction control light came on a few months ago for a day then went away. Last night it turned on a again. The car drives fine and everything works. It's a 2006 cooper S with 45,000 miles.

Ive been reading it may be the abs sensor wire shorting out or being cut. Any info will help!

Thanks my fellow Mini drivers!

First thing is the CPU need s very steady voltage. Make sure when it is running, the electrical system is at 14.1 to 14.2 volts. The battery and or the alternator my be dying. Then with an OBD2 scan tool, check any other coding.
