Gremlin in the steering

Soooo when in for an realignment becuase I was pulling right and Norfolk, VA roads suck and also got four new tires while I was. Now whenever I press the throttle the steering and the car go nuts steering to the right, then when I left off back to the left. It's really interesting on cruise control! Here's a link to a vid. Anyone else encountered this before. And btw I rebuilt the front suspension about 8 months ago so everything (inner/outter ***** and tire rods, shocks and mounts, control arm bushings) should be fine.
