I'm having an issue with a rear fog light warning on the cluster appearing. The problem doesn't appear to be bulbs as the error code is intermittent and when it isn't on the fogs work correctly and both light up.

I remember a couple years back the dealer doing warranty working on hte fogs as there was a wiring/socket issue with them that could lead to the code?

Anyone have any guidance on how to solve this problem?

I have tried to see if it was a connection issue with the bulb and cleaned the connector but that didn't seem to make a difference.

 

if everything is connected and cleaned, it should be fine. is there a certain scenario where is definitely happens? what are the conditions?
