Instructions on how to pull console to check lighter

My lighter isn't working and have already checked the fuse. Need to escalate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Either the plugs is damaged or the end plugs were not clipped in all the way and when someone lifted the console, they fell off. Had it happen. The luminous rings also tend to break from use and pulling on the socket plug.
