Chrono pack gauges/fuel light at start

Hello, I have the chrono pack gauges and when I start the car there is an audible noise from the chrono cluster area (sounds like a wind up toy car gear noise). The fuel gauge will go all the way up and this time it went right back to empty and the low fuel light was lit. The tank is full. Other times when it does this the fuel goes all the way up then to the level. All the other gauges in the chrono go wacky as well. Some will stay low then go to where they should be after about 5s. This has happened a few times, but never with the fuel light staying on. It's usually after the car has been sitting a few days. Just had it in the dealer for the air bag recall. It's a 2005 MCSa. Feels like the valve body in the Aisin is acting up too. Anyone seen the chrono issue?

Mine was doing this but it stopped doing it after I put my battery on a charger. Check out your battery voltage. You could have a low voltage

Thanks. It does seem to be that. If it is only a day or two it is fine, but more than a couple days and it acts up. Did you run the charger to the rear or the front terminal?

Run the charger on the rear, also I would load test the battery, if it drops after the charge to like 5 v when loaded, you will need an new battery.
