Hey mini forum I have an r56 with a JCW tuning kit. Just today I headed to Autozone to go buy some oil and as I approach to a stop "increased emissions" pops up on my dash and than the check engine icon turns on. I have no idea why that happened.

A while back I posted a thread about the "engine reduced power" popping up on my dash along with the engine icon on my RPM gauge. The color was yellow/orange and it was blank on one side and yellow/orange on the other.

After that popped up I took it to my local Pepboys and they plugged in there code reader and it had said ZERO codes. Later that day it when away and didnt come up until today. And than the "increased emissions" pops up. What does this mean? And note that the check engine is turned on now, it never turned on even after the "engine reduced power" turned on. Any help please this is so stressful and this mini has gave me so many issues.:ma d:

 

I did find this thread here on NAM and it resulted in a bad fuel pump. Not sure how helpful it'll be, but it has some good info. Have you pulled the CEL code now that it's on?

 

Rob have you replaced the HPFP already ?
