MAF Issues! Brand new!
Ok!
New issues..Love this MINI!!!
Received code P0133e=faulty 02=purchased new! $163.00 check
Received code P0100 and P113B=MAF+ Purchased New $150.00 Check
Now car will not run with new MAF..just won't accept it..coughs spits then shuts down then won't start...Unplug it runs great..so WTF!!!
get codes again same P0100+P113B no kidding I unplugged it...
Then I disconnect the battery wait ten min..get same codes same issues
Then new code P2188 Rich bank 1..possible spark plug gap..
Oh I changed those as well brand new plugs=$50
So can anyone tell me what might be the problem...other than this Mini this particular Mini just is a POS!!!
Possible air leak that the engine won't accept the new MAF? Exhaust leak maybe? But what does the MAF Have to do with Exhaust?
Anyone have the code for the post cat 02? Maybe I need to change that as well...Hell why not it's only Money! BMW Loves Money!

Ok! for ***** and giggles...I went out and disconnected the new 02 and connected the new MAF..it ran...then I read the codes again got same P113B=MAF
Then code P0030 02 heater control..well its unplugged no kidding
Then P115D..read on here loose turbo Hose intercooler pass side...But I deleted the cold side drivers side..need to buy the pipe from way...
or put the stock on back in with the muffler...I will check the Hoses..etc,.
Now question is if I change that pipe will that do the trick? or will I get back to the first issues?

Yep! That was the culprit...Loose cold side pipe....So I purchased 8" by 2" copper piping clamped on nice and tight....Runs like a champ..so Who wants to buy this?
