Engine error code? Bad car start and misfire

I have a problem with starting the car when cold .. it will not start unless I kept the rpm above 2 for 1 or 2 min an then release the account pedal to keep running .. somtimes if been in idle mode in trafic for more than 1 or 2 min the car will go max rpm of 4000 only and alot misfire , i have to turn off and on the car so it will run normal .. yesterday I got these codes (P0599 - P3091 - P2177) .. the car is limp mode since I buy it .. there is a leak in the valve cover .. by the way I replaced the HPFP 1 or 2 months ago in the BMW company .. so what do u think?

P0599: Thermostat heater control circuit high voltage.
P3091: Low fuel pressure code.
P2177: Lean condition measured.

Did you for any reason unplug either of the plugs from the thermostat, or break a wire to either?

Did you clear the codes from the ECU after the HPFP replacement?

You could be having HPFP issues again, what is rail pressure at start up? Is it able to meet the requested pressure from the ECU?

Lean condition is because of the low fuel.

Measure low pressure pump PSI, once you verify proper pressure to the HPFP then look into rail pressure. MINI parts carry a 2 year unlimited mile warranty, if it is in fact faulty again within a two year time span go to the dealer.
