R53 Valve Cover Replacement due to Unknown reason

Hey guys new to the forums here, although I've had my Mini R53 JCW for nearly 8 months now.

Recently I started experiencing an idling issue, where I would stop at a stop light and the RPM's would drop to 600 back up to 900 and then wobble between 700-900. This morning I threw a SES light, and then the car just stalled. I would turn it on and it would stall immediately. So I took it to O'reilly's ( They know me very well there) I ran the diagnostic Computer, pulling up ONLY and ONLY a P1237 Code.

After consulting with my mechanic friends we shot it down to four Options.

1.) The PCV Unit was faulty ( replaced same day - no change )
2.) The O2 Sensor was fouled, checked both of them no noticeable fouling units worked fine.
3.) The Engine was on its way out the door ( No chance as I had replaced all the internals with Brand New OEM JCW Parts )
4.) There was a vacuum leak.

KEEP IN MIND, the idle was fine with the PCV hose not attached to the unit. Once plugged back on the Idle would drop and immediately stall.

After some digging around in the engine bay I shifted over my battery positive terminal (relocated to trunk with the MC40 package) and lo and behold the corner of the Valve Cover is missing a chunk out of it exposing about a dime size of the internals.

This also explained why my oil consumption was so high and why I had oil residue on my Brake Reservoir.

Now my question is has anyone had to replace the Valve Cover themselves, and if so where in the hell did you manage to find a replacement for it?

Being mechanically inclined and knowing how to remove the Valve Cover and change the gasket I don't need instruction on how to do that.

But if someone can please point me in the right direction as to finding a new Valve Cover it would be greatly appreciated...

JABowders, here is my question. If you look at the PCV Valve on this Valve Cover Assembly it doesn't look the same as the one on my vehicle. Will this still suffice?

I have already contacted ECS Tuning, they are one of my biggest suppliers for parts, they stated that's what the updated units look like?
