R50 2004 Base couple of issues

She has 153k miles, need opinion on a few repairs:
loss of power reduced fuel economy throwing 02 code replacing both sensors is the issue?
also...
occasionally won't stift into any gear when I first get in her in the morning when she's cold, checked tranny fluid.
I am no mechanic nor do I pretend to be - please any suggestions on what is wrong with base R50

What code is thrown? Have you the facelift w/ the Getrag 5 or the old R50 Midlands tranny? The latter is a weakling, sad to say. Someone should be chiming in here w/ R50 tranny experience & remedies soon.

Is it an Automatic or Manual?

I occasionally had problems with getting into first gear... had the transmission fluid flushed, seemed to fix the problem, but it still crops up once every few months or so. Very annoying when it happens, I suspect a bad syncro.

P2097 might be cleared by resetting DME adaptation values. Read post10 on this thread:https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ors-p2097.html

I do not have my radio code - in doing this will I lose it? Or can I hook up the USB?
