p2414 and p2626 codes o2 sensor

Hi i just a CEL light and it has codes p2414 and P2626 on my 2009 Non S Mini Cooper. Can someone tell which one o2 sensor I should be replacing? The Pre or Post? Also, is it difficult to replace it on my own? Where is sensor about located?
