Warning do not buy Moog parts

I’m not impressed at the quality of Moog’s front end parts for MINI’s. A few weeks ago is was blown out front strut mounts after less than 4 months of driving. Today will poking around my MINI trying to find another low speed steering noise I find that the Mood swaybar endlink is rubbing on the passenger side axle as the strut arches around. The part was made too big for the space.

Consider yourself warned as Moog parts are pretty much junk for MINI applications.

Moog makes parts that are used on NASCAR suspensions. So they must be good, right?

I think Moog does make some good parts for other makes, but parts for MINI are just crap. The stupid part is I want to kick myself in the head for trying to save a few bucks. The vender I bought the parts from offered to warranty them, but what am I going to do with new Moog parts besides throw them in the trash? I can't really sell them on.
