The windows still have a problem even after raising a "manual" reset
after reading the forum the solution is to do a reset at the dealership
Before doing so I was wondering if this was possible via NCS Expert? and if so how?

NCS expert is used for coding modules (i.e. enabling/disabling functions). It's not used for performing "resets."

What specific problems are you having with the windows?

1) quand je remonte les vitres elle descendent de 5 cm une fois arrivées en haut.
2) quand on ouvre la porte la vitre devrait descendre un peu pour se décoller et elle ne bouge pas !!

il me semble que le paramétrage a disparu

2) When you open the door the glass should come down a bit to take off and it does not move !!

If you have NCS expert, then you may also have INPA.
INPA can perform the same reset as the Mini dealership.
If you cannot use INPA, the go to the dealership for a reset.
