Factory Xenon Help

I just bought a 2003 CooperS With factory Xenon lights and I cannot find the issue with the drivers side light. I swapped the fuses, no change. Swapped the bulbs, no change. Swapped the modules, no change. I'm starting to think I might have a bad wire somewhere in the light assembly and I have to replace that. Any ideas as to what to look at next.

Side note: I just bought the car and it had PIAA lights on the grill and they were removed but all wiring is still in place. Not sure if any splicing there could affect the HIDs or not.

Is the light out? Is it flickering? Is it stuck on high or low beam? More info required thanks.

Same problem I'm having, except my passenger light just went out completely too. Sounds like your igniter is bad. Heres the problem with that... The igniter is hard wired into the housing, Housings run in the neighborhood of $600.00

Some folk have opened the housing up and changed it...
Usually with Mercedes salvage ignitor...
New xenon housings are available from hella, the OEM maker for about $450 from their amazon store.....with the older style being about $25 more.

What's crazy is how much less that is than the whole parts breakdown.

$100 bulb
$400 ballast
$100 ignitor

I just replaced my driver's side xenon in my '03 S. I ordered from New Parts on Amazon. Shipping was free and the unit came with bulb and module- about $475 as I recall. I did lots of looking before I bought because I found lower prices but they didn't include the bulb or module. If yours are good it's easy to change them, out and you could save some more money.
