Warranty almost up, upper guide cracked?

Warranty almost up, upper guide cracked?
I just recently purchased a 2010 MCS 6 speed 40k miles, still has the factory power train warranty, ruffly 20 days left. I had a euro repair shop do a post purchase inspection and they noticed some wetness around the drain plug and both axle seals. Weird right? I drop my car off this morning at my local MINI dealership. Get a call back today stating that I won't be getting my car back soon.
Here's the list of issues that was uncovered:
Just glad all this is covered!
Here's the list of issues that was uncovered:
- Axle seals shot
- Oil pan gasket shot
- Both cowling (driver side damaged due to sun, surprised they covered under warranty)
- Washer nozzles cracked, broken (under hood)
- MINI tech noticed a weird sound coming from the motor. They pulled the valve cover and the upper guide is cracked? I guess that includes timing chain,tensioner and guides?

Which dealer, I'm going to use them.
They arent afraid of doing warranty work.
