Warranty almost up, upper guide cracked?

I just recently purchased a 2010 MCS 6 speed 40k miles, still has the factory power train warranty, ruffly 20 days left. I had a euro repair shop do a post purchase inspection and they noticed some wetness around the drain plug and both axle seals. Weird right? I drop my car off this morning at my local MINI dealership. Get a call back today stating that I won't be getting my car back soon.

Here's the list of issues that was uncovered:
  1. Axle seals shot
  2. Oil pan gasket shot
  3. Both cowling (driver side damaged due to sun, surprised they covered under warranty)
  4. Washer nozzles cracked, broken (under hood)
  5. MINI tech noticed a weird sound coming from the motor. They pulled the valve cover and the upper guide is cracked? I guess that includes timing chain, tensioner and guides?

Just glad all this is covered!

Which dealer, I'm going to use them.

They arent afraid of doing warranty work.
