strange electrical issues

Hello everyone.

2006 Mini "S" R53. 73k

I've got some strange issues and I really hope someone can help me out here.

Airbag light is always on. (Started about the same time as my seat belt light started flashing)

Seatbelt light flashes a few times and dings. (Sometimes it will turn off and other times it will stay on)

At random timees when you use the turn signals it will trigger the seat belt light to come on and act as I stated above.

At random times when I use the turn signals they sometimes will not work. They will either work fine and then a few minutes later they will not work by
either not coming on or they will not turn off. When they won't turn off it is flashing inside the car but the lights are not on the outside.

Another strange thing that happens is the LCD panel on the tach and the LCD on the speedometer will fade to blank and then suddenly flash back up to normal. The other lights stay solid.

I hope I explained this right but these issues seem like they are linked to the same area perhaps? Would this be the body control module possible?

Battery was replaced this winter and no signs of moisture from what I can tell
by peeking in the kick panel. The previous owner had a PIAA fog light kit installed and I removed it. Other than that it's stock..

Please help

Thanks!
Jay
