'05 Mini Cooper S: Instrument Panel Dim/ RPM dip / Supercharger Noise

I currently own an '05 Mini Cooper S and have been having several issues outlined below:

- dimming / brightening instrument panel lights
- dipping RPM's 150-200 RPMS at idle
- Supercharger whirring sound

All 3 of these things are happening simultaneously. These are the repairs I have had so far:

-New power steering pump, because it failed, the other issues began after this
-New alternator, had no affect on the above issues
-New voltage regulator, no affect on the above issues.

If anyone has any possible ideas on what could be causing this. My concern is that over a prolonged period this will cause serious damage to the car.

Thanks in advance,

Chad

How many miles does it have? My 02 R53 is pulsing the headlights and dash lights as well. There's a similar post a few prior to yours. I also replaced PS pump and fan. While my high and low speed radiator fans works fine I don't think the PS fan is energizing. I marked the fan and housing with a dab of paint and the blade has not changed position. The fuse is fine I need to research what relay drives the PS fan
