Need help with engine codes P0014, P0015
Need help with engine codes P0014, P0015
Hi,
I have 07 mini cooper non turbo with 86k miles.
In the past year or so car gradually stared loosing power and statred trowing lots of different CEL mostly for timing chain.
I changed timing chain due to wear, tentioner, and solenoid. Car now drivers great with lots of power but P0014 and P0015 keeps coming up.
I took the car to the dealer and they couldn't diagnosed anything and said we could either check timing or change both camshaft gears.
I'm very familier on how to set up proper timing and highly doubt this is a case... I also switched camshaft positioning sensors and no change to CEL.
My question to your guys, is it even possible that both (In and OUT) gears could go bad?
Any other ideas on why Over-Advanced and Over-Retarded codes coming up at the same time?
Please help!!!
