Engine shaking when coming to a stop/idle (video)

Can anyone help me figure out what is happening? This is after the vehicle has been driving on the interstate for about 20 minutes, so it's warm. Doesn't happen all the time, usually, but today it was every time I stopped.

Service advisors told me they didn't know what was causing it.

2010 Cooper base with 70K miles.

What is it that you're showing there? I don't see any "vibration". It looks like the idle may be hunting a bit (RPM going up and down a little), but it's hard to tell if you're doing that with your foot on the gas or not.

My Justa does that at times. Not all the time by any means, but every once in a while.

On your 2010 Cooper base with 70K miles with automatic transmission, what work has been done to it? Start with the most recent and which shop.

That knocking sound in the video is what I'm talking about as far as the vibration. The rpm doesn't change too much, so if you don't here the sound, it wouldn't seem like anything is wrong. It happens when I come to a stop. All maintenance is/was done at the mini dealership. It's still covered under extended warranty and maintenance. Last service was a couple weeks ago. Had the timing chain tensioner and coolant pump replaced, as well as an oil change.

Haven't checked the motor mounts. How would I go about that?
