Could anyone help with the recommended torque and angle settings for removal of a r56 N14 cylinder head and anything you might think would be with knowing

I've tried to search but keep coming up with r53 specs.

 

I would just grab the Bentley manual, if you're tearing into the car that much it's worth having. I just did a head rebuild on mine and it was well worth the $90.

 

I've got the BMW TIS it's just that I am not at home at the moment and needed to buy a torque wrench, and I wanted to get the minimum and maximum values so as to get the correct torque wrench. So if you could just help me with the minimum and max you came across on that I would be most grateful.

 

22lbs ft and then two 90° steps for the head bolts.
