BCM removal/replacement help

My 2005 R50 has had quite a go this year and I am at another frustrating point again.

I was driving home the other day and I noticed that my headlights weren't working properly. Easy to spot this now that is is getting dark earlier. No sweat I thought, new bulbs are easy fix. However, in doing my general inspection, the right side turn signals (all) don't work, the driver's side rear marker light and high beam don't work and passenger low beam doesn't work.

I am thinking BCM issues so I took a look. I can get 3 of the clips off (the flip clip style where you flip the locking mechanism and pull off the clip). There is a green on that I can't release. It kind of unlocks itself when I pull on it sideways, but not enough to release. How do I get this one off?

I read a few discussions on replacement too. Used vs new. I don't even care if my remote doorlocks work anymore (key coding I mean). There are serious safety issues here and if a used BCM can work my markers/lights/signals than I am fine with it.

Could there be something else doing this?

Thoughts? Help?
