Tire Pressure Warning

I have all four of my tire pressure sensors warnings on my dash- Lucky Me !!! Is there a way to reset this sensor? I checked all four tires and they all are what they are supposed to be.

The "local" Mini dealer is not close, so I want to fix it myself.

I have been dealing with the warning for about three weeks.

Thanks, Stan

There should be a way to reset them by going through the menu accessed by the button on the end of the turn signal stalk. Look into your owner's manual, and you should find it in there.

This sticky might help -

However, if one of my tires is low and the light comes on, I fill up the tire to correct pressure and just drive it. Light goes out after a couple of min. Sooo, you may something else going on.

I have the light on all the time too. Drive to a big tire shop and they can do a sensor check to see if they are all working. I have one sensor that is not sending info.

This could eliminate the sensors as the issue, or it point to them.

+1 on just checking it yourself, use the BC stalk and see what's wrong.

You need to drive for a bit after resetting the tpms system. Usually about 1-2 miles for me. Ideally, set all the tire pressures to what you want, reset using the turn signal stalk button, and then go for a ride.

Have fun,
Mike
