In my 07 r56 the airbag light is one and the dealer said it was because there was to much resistance in the clock spring. So I found a used one for half the price of the dealer. They said the airbags were NOT deployed in the donor car. So i put it on tonight and now the parking lights warning light is on and they wont turn off till I take the key out, the yellow brake light stays on and the traction control with an exclamation is on and the wipers wont turn off until I take the key all the way out.. I knew that I would have to take the car back to the dealer to have them wipe the airbag deployment light off but are these new lights something that needs to be encoded to my car by the dealer or does this mean that the part is totally shot. The new part looks to be in much better shape then the one I pulled out of my car by a long shot. Plz advise
