My passenger door will unlock when you pull the inside handle, but won't unlock via any power options (unlock button or while unlocked driver's door)... any suggestions?

It will lock via any/all methods, but not unlock unless you pull the inside handle.

 

Sounds like the actuator is broken....
Do you hear a sound when you TRY to unlock it with the button?

 

Did you hit the button 2x?

 

+1 on what zippy said. Yea sounds like the lock mechanism itself, they tend to stick on the unlock part first and not unlock via the motor but will still lock until it get weak.

Also.

If you ever have the inside handle not work and everything else is find , check the cable connection first.

Here is # 9 in the diagram that is the cable. Set between the lock and handle.
