Does anyone think this list of repairs (see attachment) is unreasonable? Mini has refused to assist with trade-in assistance. The most recent breakdown was the A/C, Mini wants $1200 to fix, I just left it O/S.

 

You got rear brakes at 30k miles and then again at 47k miles, but not front brakes?

Tensioner is normal, carbon is sucky but normal. Water pump is not unheard of.

Seat is a fluke as is A/C...these are not super common occurrences. A lemon is a car that has had the same repair 3 times usually, within so many days...depends on your state.

The carbon buildup is an unfortunate thing but it is the design of the engine. You seem to have excessive carbon. Do you get it nice and hot for a decent drive once a week? Do you drive it like you stole it once in a while to help in preventing the buildup?

IMO they are blaming bad fuel it looks like for most of it. A car with nearly 60k miles over 4 years on it wont qualify for Lemon. Lemon was intended to protect the owner of anew car with repeated stuff wrong from new. Unfortunately carbon buildup takes time.

Sorry if I am not coming off sympathetic...it sucks. Hopefully someone has better things to say than I did.
