2007 Cooper S Starting Issues - Any Help

First off, Sorry for not channeling this into a more specific thread, but I’ve been trolling through forums trying to find the answers and I want to try and narrow down a few possibilities before I pay Mini to diagnose/”fix” my problem(s).
I bought my 2007 Mini S used back in January. I’ve been keeping up with regular maintenance and am coming up on 88k miles. This is a daily driver and the only mods that I can see are an m7 Super AGS, (which looks rather hastily installed might I add).
About 3 weeks ago I got a yellow CEL which lasted all of about 5 minutes on the way home from work and it went out. My first thoughts were airflow, temperature, oil pressure. As those are the most common instantaneous come and go problems.
About a week ago I got the CEL again and was close enough to an Autozone to stop by and have them snag the code for me. I got P115C. Initially I got “low coolant.” Coolant was fine, I didn’t smell any burning off, and the engine bay didn’t feel abnormally warm. I decided to do a little digging thinking mini, like BMW may be a little quirky. I came across NAM and found that some more people had this code and they had some success with cleaning the air filter and cleaning the MAF. I cleaned the Air Filter but had not gotten to the MAF yet.
Sunday, 4 days ago I went to start the car and It began to crank, even almost fired, and then just ’gave up’ for a clack of better terms. Oddly, my neighbor’s car would not start, but his was completely dead. I wondered if the lightning had done something from the storm the night before. (Doubtful)
I now had the following codes:
P115C – see above
P0012 – Which I have a few possible answers from Dave07’s post.
P0238, P0100, P113B, P0112
Any answers on any of them would be helpful. I’m hoping to hear some insight from anyone who’s encountered and/or resolved these issues. If you have encountered but not resolved, please let me know if anything had happened prior to the code (maintenance, storms, rough driving, dramatic climate change, etc..) If you resolved, clearly I would like to hear the cause/solutions.
My goal is to try and narrow down a common theme or two in the 6 codes and try a couple of DIY approaches before paying to tow to a dealership.
I’d be a walking (Clearly not driving) wet dream for any mechanic walking into a service dept. with 6 CEL’s and an unlimited number of possible causes.
Thanks ahead of time for any and all help.

Best,
Jeremy
