We at North American Motoring feel that you need to be aware of the following information concerning an eBay auction run by skoobeedu23 (eBay userid).

- NAM members skoobeedu and jive posed as customers of skoobeedu's TIS eBay auction.
- Information available to North American Motoring lead us to conclude that these accounts belong to the eBay seller.
- User access to the accounts was suspended in early April and the user was contacted by e-mail. NAM never received a reply.
- Recently NAM member GMC has been posing as a customer of this same eBay seller. Information on this new account again leads us to believe the poster is posing as a customer of his own auction. Thus, the GMC has been suspended.

North American Motoring has taken this action for the following reasons:
- We believe all users should know who they are dealing with. Anyone misleading NAM members in the ways described above will be banned.
- In addition, the auction itself is for a proprietary BMW/MINI Technical Manual.
