Oh my god I want to strangle this advisor. That does jack **** on a direct injection engine

If you want to clean out the carbon in your intake & head it needs to be done by hand.

Kinda of my thought....
Or a get a dealership that uses competent employees....
As said above, fuel injector/carb cleaner added to the fuel CANNOT CLEAN THE INTAKE VALVES ON A DI MOTOR!!! basic physics....the fuel injector is SCREWED into the cylindar head on a DI motor, like a sparkplug, not in the intake like on a non di motor...
