Anyone know what these go to?

Does anyone know what these two wires/plugs/sensors go to? The orange colored one has three exposed and slightly frayed wires and the other above has a little exposure below the plug.

Can I fix them? Can I replace them individually? or do I have to replace the entire engine harness?

Thanks,

Can't see your picture? Just shows a little box with question mark.

Thanks

That Orange part connector is the pre supercharger map sensor. The wires go from that connector to the wiring harness. You sometimes can fix them but if they resistance of them changes too much the car may run funky after the repair.

Way -- So the best way would be to replace the entire harness? What about the one above it? does that one look OK, besides the wires showing a bit?

thanks as always

The black one going to the connector is for the 02 sensor, I can't see damage to it in the pic.
Yes the absolute perfect way to repair is to replace the harness, BUT that is expensive and a big job. I'd try to repair it first.

Just a question, did this have an Alta intake? Because we see this kind of damage from them before.

Way - do you happen to have any wrecked R53's - I have a few parts I'd be fine getting used if they are in good condition. PM if so - thanks.
