Where is the relay for the headlights?
My headlights are doing weird things. When I turn on my clearance light they all come on including the interior lights, however when I turn my headlights on none of the lights will turn on except the highbeams and they don't stay on unless i hold the switch on. I'm thinking maybe a relay and/or a fuse but i cant find the headlight relay.
There is no relay. All of the lighting is controlled (almost every bulb has its own circuit) by the FRM module.
Sounds like that module is bad or wet, or the wiring harness is damaged or shorting somehow. The module is beside the trim panel to left of the dead pedal in the driver's footwell. Pull off the plastic panel and inspect the wiring and the module.
If that looks okay, then it is time to hook it up BMW diagnostic software to see what errors have been recorded.

So I checked it out and everything looks fine. I might just get the module fixed and see if that fixes it because my closest mini dealer is 1.5 hrs away and its off the road for a while anyway. And I think I can get the module fixed for $60 which would probably be cheaper than getting it checked by the dealer?
