The immobilizer is in and the car will now crank via the ignition and key but will still not start. It hasn't started in several months so I am wondering if the fuel is bad or something. Maybe it needs new spark plugs as well. I can see fuel misting / clouding out of the spark plug hole where I took the plug out of.

Well I found another problem. I was going through all the plugs around the fuse box and figured to pull the box out and pcm out with the air box. I found a 100 amp fuse laying under everything. Then as I was putting it together I saw a little door looking thing under the fuse box and opened it. I saw 3 fuses with 5 spots but the center one wasn't threaded and didnt have metal plates. But i saw one without a fuse and it was threaded and had metal plates. Well the fuse I found actually goes there. I hook it up put it together and hook the battery. Immediately the engine bay is whinning super loud. I trace it down to the power steering pump.?????

Engine to frame. Now that it cranks but doesn't fire, ground issue could probably be ruled out. PS pump fuse may have been intentionally pulled for not shutting off. That points to possibly a bad pump. Been following your posts from MA to here. It's like a good Sherlock Holmes mystery. Piece by piece it's starting to fall. I'm optimistic you'll sort everything in no time!
