2003 MCS AC Issues

The AC went out recently on the mini (Hot air and no differential pressure on AC Manifold) so I replaced it. In the process I replaced the dryer and expansion valve to provide full service for the AC system. I flushed the system and pumped on it for about 90 minutes to draw out the contaminents and boil off any residues. The when seal the vacuum held for an hour before it was charged. Yes the lines were perged multiple times on initial hook up and after each can change.

With the full .92lbs of charge and great differential between the high and low side the mini is not blowing cold (72F). Just to cover my bases I went to a shop and had them evacuate and recharge the system. It was still at .92 lbs and holding a good vacuum. The AC compressor is cycling when there is a load and the expanssion valve seems to be working (you can hear the slight hiss when your head is down there) so I'm at a loss of what to check next. Is there an oriface tube in this car?

ANY IDEAS?
