where else can I buy a new body control module from besides the dealership
my MCS is in need of a new body control module due to the passenger side brake light not turning off. I think this was due to the 3rd brake light mod I did a few years back. So now I need to get the BCM replaced and reprogrammed but would like to know where else can I get this done besides the dealership.

You can source a new one for like $300~$500 (Part number: 61-35-6-982-114 I believe...) from various parts providers. I've heard of some indy MINI shops programming NEW BCM units for $100 or so.
