OEM Flywheel from different sources?

OK here is the question/opportunity. I have a 2009 Clubman S with 54000 miles. The clutch is starting to go and I have a MINI extended maintenance agreement. The maintenance agreement will pay for the clutch replacement but NOT for the flywheel. I got the P/N from the dealer and did a google search. The results that came back yielded many sites that carried the flywheel for significantly less than what the dealer wanted. The dealer wants around $1000 while the on line parts houses are anywhere from $539 to $800. And they all say that the part is new. The dealer said that I could buy the flywheel from someone else and that they would install it during the clutch change. From what I have read, the flywheel should probably be changed out during the clutch replacement. Is SACHS the OEM manufacturer? Is it risky to buy from these sites? Links below:

Book #: 21 20 7 575 069
Description: Dual-Mass Flywheel 228 mm
Manufacturer: SACHS
Part Type: OEM

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

First, you may not have to replace the flywheel if you catch the clutch soon enough. Mine was fine and I just had it done.

Sachs, Luk and Valeo I believe are all suppliers for MINI. I found the Luk flywheel on (dual mass) on Parts Geek for a great price.

I have ordered from them before and they have never let me down. I bought my clutch kit off of them for 100 USD.
