I would like to applaud Classic MINI's service department. I have taking my MCS to Classic MINI in Mentor, Ohio just east of Cleveland for service on various warranty items. They have been just great to work with and I just wanted to recommend them for service. The dedication of their staff is to be mentioned. The mechanic, Mike, is very good at what he does.

I second that motion though I have only had my car in ONCE and dealt with them three times. Highly impressive place, I say.......

 

I don't have actual experience with their service dept, but both the sales team and the parts dept are wonderful.

 

Same here, no experiance with service yet. Only have 6,500 miles on my '04, but thier sales and parts departments(staff) are GREAT!!! IMHO They are the best I have delt with in 40 yrs of buying new vehicles, Tim
